Philosophy

Philosophy

At Urban Alfandre, we invest in neighborhoods that are a 5 to 10 minute walk to great neighborhood amenities such as restaurants, bars, parks, and transit.  The icon above represents ground zero, a 5 minute walk radius and a 10 minute walk radius respectively. For every deal we pursue, we overlay this radius map to ensure that desirable amenities exist within a 5 or 10 minute walk for our residents.

Execution

Our team takes project execution very seriously. We hyper-focus on the four key areas of any successful project: land acquisition, entitlement/design, construction, and lease-up/sales. We bring an institutional approach to the execution of each deal and use the latest technology to keep us organized and on-task.
